The Starling at Pond Eddy is a guest house and event space located in the Catskills region of New York. The main building dates back to the days of the Delaware & Hudson Canal (1893) when it served as a general store and boardinghouse. The Starling takes inspiration from its past to curate a guest experience that is nostalgic yet modern.
